This song is recommended listening for a cold night in winter, preferably around a fire, and maybe with a cheeky glass of wine or two. This was a single written as an ode to old-school solo musicians. Inspired by the story-telling of Dylan, the guitar playing of Buckley, and the soul of blues masters like Mississippi John, Miller is hoping to capture some of the elements of these artists and bring it to a modern audience. This song was written, performed and recorded by Miller in his Melbourne apartment, giving the track some homegrown appeal.
