Hailing from the largely uncharted city of Perth (Boorloo), Louis enjoys writing and recording songs, not playing any gigs and getting through the day unscathed. His sound ricochet's between lofi/twee folk and ambient experimental indie with the occasional electronic flourish. His latest track Something Else was included on The Say Something Do song bundle on Bandcamp to raise money for Palestine and Sudan. In 2025 he released the "indie folk-gaze" album Tasty Delights which was preceded by a string of colourful and imaginative music videos for the singles Christmastime, Sorry, Mourning Moon and Filter Feeder. 2021 - 2022 also saw the release of the EP Strange Energy, featuring the single Raindrop and accompanying video, and also the albums Bad Dreams and Fallen Times. Louis also serves as the drummer for the band Salary, playing with the likes of Last Quokka, Jess Locke and Shiny Joe Ryan & The Sky Dolphins. He also once opened for Caribou.
