Road trip. Phillip island. slab of beer. bottle of jamiesons irish whiskey. one 21st later, three friends combatted a hang-over with a new song and a BIG breakfast. Somehow it lives on. The hang over continues...... One drummer later, Love Lies Dreaming takes shape as an amalgam of folk music, 70s rock, punk melodies and the political sensibilities of Gough Whitlam on speed - a social conscience that's in your face without poking you in the eye. On a serious note: our shared experiences in the disablility field have brought us together, shaped our formative years and the connection behind our music.
