German musician and composer Lukas Hermann creates sonic art with modular synthesizers. Drawing from a background of lyrical and philosophical scholarship, his work revolves around discovering and shaping contrasts, deviations, tolerances and clashes. He tries not to find ‚his‘ voice, but different ones, multiple instances of sound that have something to say to each other – and more than that.
