Edit history

Luke Collings is an established Sydney alt.country guitarist and songwriter, having served time in bands such as The Pennydreadfuls, Buffalo Wolf, Two Trains Running, and Mem Davis & The Kindred Spirits. He began performing solo and with his backing band Greasy Lake in 2016, and in early 2017 released their debut single "If You Bring The Whiskey (I'll Bring The Blues)" which received positive reviews and airplay across the country. Sadly, personal circumstances meant that plans for a full album were shelved and Luke went on a musical hiatus. Now in 2020 Luke is returning to creating music with the release of his new single "Who's Gonna Vote For Me?", a folk-rock rave up which aims satirically at self-interested politicians of all stripes. Luke is planning a return to the studio in 2021 and for shows along the Aussie east coast.
