Lunar Inverse is a gooey blend of psych rock and pop. Born in 2012, the band draws its sound from the vibe of acid daydreams and floating riffs. The lads found success in early 2014 by winning the national headspace competition to play Big Day Out Perth and have since been slaving away in a dingy basement writing and recording some killer tunes for their upcoming debut EP. After three years of hypnotising the Perth scene, Lunar Inverse are looking to branch out in 2015 with a national tour in the works. While it’s hard to confine Lunar Inverse’s sound to one genre, Revelrytones describes them as “kaleidoscopic”. “It’s easy to imagine their psychedelic fuelled rock edge floating through a sea of festival goers” - The Music Magazine.
