Lyre formed mid-2011, when two of the mad spy-rock-soul-funk geniuses from His Merry Men, Megan Crocombe and Lachlan Bell, decided to write some prettier music in their spare time. They have been toiling away in the studio and are dropping their debut EP, Genuine Kind, on December 17, 2011. Lyre aims to make your ears melt with beautiful sounds and provoking musical imagery.
