M R S P K R (Mr.Speaker) is a man. He is the frontman and mind behind Melbourne alt/electro band THE QUEEN'S HEAD and was once also known as Danny Griffith, singer and songwriter from the nationally acclaimed outfit SUBAUDIBLE HUM. Now, armed with a laptop, keyboard and a mic, M R S P K R makes music born of heartache and hairspray. His music strides confidently through throwback genres, treading heavily through disco, yacht rock, 80's drama-tech and 90's pajammy jams. I THOUGHT THE HEARTACHE WAS OVER is the first installment. Await the second coming. AWAIT!
