MAHARANI CANTUS are the most talented and jaw dropping rock band to come out of inner city Sydney, Australia. Their sound is a commanding mix of bitchin’ classic rock riffs, down home bluesy grooves and spine tingling epic song writing. MAHARANI CANTUS are the future of rock in the twenty first century and the world desperately needs an iconic guitar based rock band; Guitar Hero needs some new shit. Sydney has not produced a rock band as potent and infectious as MAHARANI CANTUS since AC/DC! MAHARANI CANTUS consists of charismatic lead singer and front man Rocky Rollins, power twin duo Zane and Jy-Perry Banks (guitar and bass), guitar slinger Matt M, keys master Lou K. (Hammond B3/ tenor sax) and the 'engine room' Harry Wood on drums. This unique combination of musos with plenty of chops to burn is definitely a force to be reckoned with!
