Man A Pause was created in early 2014, by members Damien and Darren, after deciding to make something out of simple jam sessions, that had been going for several years previous. Their experiences and views of the world shaped the sound and stories of each of their songs, combining influences from bands and musicians like Pink Floyd, Metallica, Bon Jovi, SRV, and Evanescence to name a few, creating a unique blend of acoustic and heavy guitars, and deep, metaphoric storytelling. They enjoy writing as much as performing, and all music and lyrics are original, based on personal and life experiences.
