"Man the Clouds" are a 2-piece, psychedelic blues band from Perth, Western Australia. Fresh onto the Perth rock scene, Man The Clouds’ energetic live show has already seen them gather a loyal local following and after only a few months, they are now ready to launch their debut EP into the cosmos. In 2012, four heavy days were spent locked in a small demo room in Denmark, South West Australia. This session culminated in 14 fuzz-laden songs. They were then re-recorded at Yo-Yo! Studio in Osborne Park and engineered by Malcolm Clark of The Sleepy Jackson. Featuring 5 tracks, the EP includes A-side ‘Hurricane’ and B-side ‘Flotation’, the resulting soulful onslaught is like what would happen if The Black Keys crashed their time machine head on into Sam Cooke’s Coup De Ville. Someone would say “shiiiiiiiit man!”
