Music is one of the easiest ways to elevate your mind and consciousness, but it's only a beginning. The rest is up to you to pursue. In my view, righting your mind and heart are the keys toward finding your bearings after life on this planet. As far as age goes, I'm going through that vocal transition that all older folks eventually go through. More low notes and less teeny bopper sounds.
