Been playing the fiddle for almost 40 years. My fiddle sometimes feels like an extension of my body. I'm new to playing the guitar (since 2024) and learned it after writing songs on the mandolin for about 10 years - and the mando is not the core singer songwriter vibe. I started playing traditional music around the time I started writing songs, so there's a heavy folk and trad influence.
