Growing up in the inner-west of Sydney I was able to see all different walks of life in which I describe as a life lesson better than any lessons you would get at school. I also was able to quite a bit of acting while I was young and had played the role of Meth in which I was a guest star in mini-series Five Mile Creek, and played the role of Jason in Playing Beatie Bow. When writing music I was able to use all these life situations in my songs which touch on the perrils of drug use and mental illness and also on how the past was different than today.
