Marillian Avenue is a rockin four- piece featuring South West Rocks very own Isaac Chamberlain on vox and rythm git, the Bayne Boys on Lead git and Drums and Sideshow Bob lookalike Ben Ward on bass. The bands songs are written by Isaac and Nick, with the occasional suggestions coming from the rhythm section. They wear their influences on their sleeves and are not afraid to borrow from time to time. They are yet to be strictly assigned to a particular genre, as they are still very much in the developing phase, however it must be said that their most recent efforts "TheEscape" and "Dirty Word" certainly suggest a more hard rock direction reflecting the strong silverchair and oasis tinges. They are currently being harassed by clubs across Sydney to gig, and should be well and truly under way with the EP by mid 2007. Stay tuned, and they will see you at your local in the not too distant future.
