Edit history

Matt Buck is a self taught musician from country Victoria now living on the Gold Coast. Always had an interest in many different styles and genres of music from the classics to modern, so being a creative individual, it was only natural to write and perform anything from rock, punk, metal, hardcore, acoustic and even electronic and hip hop. After a few years off from music it was time to fall back in love with it by completing an audio engineering corse, then jumping back into creating. In 2012 his first EP was released under the name MC MJD, titled 'I'm a no one' which lead to years of writing, recording and performing live. Although rap/hip hop music was now home, he felt like he was trapped inside of the 'hip hop box' which felt unnatural and uncomfortable to and now we are here. Finally creating music that you cannot contain or label as such. So let's hope this is the right path and the new home for Dooly.
