Edit history

Originally from a local DJing background Matt O has migrated over the years toward alternative pop music and electronica heavy influenced by mainstream sounds. With a very diverse writing style, Matt O often explores left-of-centre writing styles and genres, sometimes venturing into jazz and even recently wrote a french torch-song for Australian Olympian Matthew Mitcham (Je Suis Perdu). Matt O's first album 'Off' available in most major digital music stores is a collection of songs originally written over the years and intended for other artists but Matt O has decide to release as his own independently. 'Off' explores many themes from living as a young gay man in a homophobic country town to love, domestic violence and extra marital affairs.
