Starting out playing the 'toy keyboard' as a six year old... I drove my parents nuts complaining that there were not enough keys on it to play what I wanted. The keyboard got upgraded to a 'music instrument' but was quickly out grown. At seven I can remember sitting on our brick letter box waiting for the delivery man to come with my dream... my shiny white piano. From there I stared lessons and went down the classical path of learning. After completing grade three and many hours of being nagged to practice I threw the hat in with the lessons. All I wanted to play was the songs I liked! Everytime we ventured into town our last stop would always be the music shop. I'd search the shop for the latest radio tunes and classics then race home to spend hours perfecting them. Music was always a great place for me to escape. Primary school I joined my first band... the "Bush Band" (before you judge me, it was the ONLY band). Being the only one able to play the piano, the shiny red piano
