Melt Away is the illegitimate lovechild of Sydney musician Anth Cahill and substance abuse. After years of playing in sweaty, stanky underground club grindcore bands, Anth began to wonder if there was a way of making music that involved less foreign bodily fluid. Realising that EDM just barely fit the bill, he set about learning music production. (Much to his dismay, he discovered that there's more to music than playing an open, down-tuned bottom string as quickly as possible.) After exploring the heavier side of music production and trying to be something he's not (coughSkrillexcough), Melt Away is an attempt to unshackle from preconceived notions of EDM should sound like. (tl;dr this shit weird)
