He found a love for writing lyrics in that time and that continued to manifest itself into a love and passion for hip-hop music he never knew he had. The lyrics that Meraki writes have feeling and tell a very deep story about where he has been and the challenges he has had to face in his life. At the age of 19 Steven started to take his rapping to the next level by applying lyrics to instrumentals. It was then that his passion for writing lyrics started developing into a passion for rapping and he has never looked back since. His love for rapping has stayed with him over the last few years and Meraki decided it was time to take things to the next level. Meraki has performed over a handful of different shows. From supporting acts on the Gold Coast to open mic nights in Sydney and even moving
