Michael Adam produces his own blend of Indie Pop Rock with the one intention; to have fun! Whether it is exploring the oddities of people and relationships, trying to write the catchiest and most upbeat song possible about breaking up, or challenging himself technically and creatively, Michael’s songs aim to hook the listener and bring them along on an entertaining journey. Influences for Michael’s music include Cage the Elephant, Courtney Barnett, Wavves, The Rakes, and a wide range of catchy pop tunes. Michael writes, records, produces and mixes his songs from his home studio in Earlwood, Sydney. Juggling a busy working and home life, large portions of his music has been recorded and mixed while most of Sydney (and his family) sleeps, often starting at around 5am to squeeze in a pre-work session. When not writing music, Michael can also be often found chasing his kids around, pounding the pavement with his running shoes, or putting in some kilometres on his road and mountain
