Michael Bacteria and his band The Hispanics are a pop-rock outfit based in Leeton in south-west NSW. We started out busking playing covers and originals and worked out that our originals were getting more attention and applause than the copies. So we started concentrating on them! And here we are in 2006 in country Australia, still a young band - wanting to have a go! Our music is somewhere between Alice In Chains and Roxette - might sound strange. It probably is - but everyone seems to like it.... We really really want to get unearthed!
