Michelle Spriggs is a kiwi Import...(another one)but has made Australia home and settling in WA. After completing her bachelor of music majoring in jazz vocals she took to Australia to drive dump trucks. Being a musician with a way too active mind and a way too active social life Spriggs didn’t last long and ended up on the couch of a mate in Margaret River WA. She found her niche firstly as the town jazz singer, performing at wineries and wedding around the region. As her business grew she started to perform her original tunes at the local pub. They were well received and managed to win a comp to open for Gyroscope and Cog at a local festival. Playing support for Carol King, Diana Krall and Brian Ferry with her side project jazz band is her biggest highlight so far. Spriggs has just finished her first EP that will be for sale end of June
