Mighty Sun began in 2010 when four people collided with the common goal of creating honest, organic music. Drawing inspiration from The Smiths, Jeff Buckley, The Church and Paul Kelly, the band's sound can be classed as alternative pop. Mighty Sun takes the listener on a journey using elements of rock, soul, blues, reggae and occasionally electronic techniques.
