Vocal powerhouse Molly Rose embraces a classic sound of Blues, Soul and Pop. New single 'This Thing Called Life' is a celebration of good feelings, finding love, and another step forward in life's journey. Originally a free spirited girl from the mountains of the Kinglake Ranges, Molly now resides in the east of Melbourne and has connected further into her music community. With an EP under her belt (written when she was just 16), a single written with Cameron Deyell (Producer for Sia), Soul/Pop hit in 2022 'My Groove', and Blues inspired single 'Trash Collection Day', Molly now further explores classic roots inspired sounds as her songwriting and performance matures. 'This Thing Called Life' explores a Soul, Pop and 80's inspired Goth fusion. Molly wrote this song after finding greater happiness and gratitude in life's pathways, leading to an appreciation of love and the comfort of finding someone truly special that compliments her world. Produced by Paul Ray, who Molly has collaborated with since her first EP release at 16 years old, this new single captures a strong musical bond and connection to melody, always with an interesting twist.
