MOTHER BRODY: Hailed as one of the most original bands to be dropped out of Sydney's bowels in a very long time. Catchy toe tappers, angsty lyrics with the wickedest tongue in cheek humour, melodies that puzzle the musician and melt the heart of the toughest street brawler, and power that cannot be equalled. In the studio, lavish productions are a-go, and the live shows are becoming known for their unpredictability, with the audience sitting on the edge of their seats waiting for it all to implode in itself. One audience member made the comment: "it's like the Beach Boys borrowing Motörheads back line". It's pop music. But its a different kind of pop. One that you cant put your finger on. Youre not quite sure what it is. And neither do the band. Thats what Mother Brody is.
