☀️ Sun-kissed and steeped in hazy reggae grooves, MUFASSA & The Summer Haze are known for bringing lush summer vibes and infectious smiles wherever they go — as Nkechi Anele of Triple J puts it, they’re pure “Hazy-Reggae” joy. 💃 Their sound is drenched in dancefloor rhythms, blending traditional reggae roots with classic ’70s surf tones, bold brass hooks, and an undeniable froth for good times. Originally hailing from the Sunshine Coast, MUFASSA now calls southwest WA home after six nomadic years raising a family on the road. 🌊 His music is deeply connected to the Australian coastline — inspired by its raw beauty and laid-back spirit. This lovable Lion shares stories through song: tales of dusty travels across sunburnt plains, the highs and lows of life, the ebb and flow of friendships, and the enduring power of family and love.
