Australia’s pop disrupter follows up 'Bad Cherries' with sister single ‘girls will be girls’. Bursting onto the scene with her debut single ‘Sassaparilla’, Muki quickly amassed a legion of fans with her forward-thinking pop, earning praise as ‘Australia’s Pop Princess’ (Pilerats). A string of successful singles and her debut EP ‘It Won’t Hurt’ led to a national arena tour with 5 Seconds of Summer. Muki followed this up with Car Crash Through Your Heart: Part 1 a Blade Runner–inspired visual EP that received global support from BBC Radio 1 (Tune of the Week & Next Wave), NME, The Independent, and Triple J, further cementing her status as a maximalist-pop innovator. She teamed up with Australian royalty The Veronicas, as well as Slayyyter, and Donatachi and sprinkled her songwriting talents across iconic Australian projects such as 3% and Jess Mauboy, making her an ARIA Award Winning songwriter. Muki’s new era showcases her as a singular voice in the future-pop landscape.
