Self appointed barstool philosophers, accomplished tunesmith and musicians Brad Patison and Sean Henderson leaned hard against the bar at the Doncaster Hotel in Kensington. Lubricated by many schooners of Burbon & Coke they debated heatedly with fellow intellectual Prof Beniot about Philosophy....somehow Benoit could get his points across clearly with his French Canadian accent and the end score was Greece 2 x 1 Germany. Brad & Sean threw emptied their glasses in celebration of their win and took a look around the room. Beside the trio a clutch of chattering dizzy young girls were voicing their glee at the latest trending news about Paris Hilton's dumping of her new lover on their not-so-smart phones. Somewhere in the background the venue is piping the latest love tune by yet another Johnny-come-lately American TV pop star. Meanwhile, with volume switched off, the huge TV screen beside the bar delivers images of Middle Eastern madness and some harsh African reality.....no one
