Once INK folded, Rob moved to Thailand and Paul immersed himself in his family. Now, after nearly 10 years away from music he has created My Sweet Distraction and released a new album - the first to be available on iTunes. The Great Depression deals with some difficult times of recent years. The next album, When Justice Comes, is not far away and has a different sound to TGD. Once it is released Paul is keen to start on The Happy Album.
