Conceived in the back of a barbershop Steve and Brad worked in at the time, My Vegas Bride was born. Smuggling in their instruments and writing songs in the lunch room between cuts and hiding their guitars so they wouldn't get busted. Eventually 'Tuesday at the barbershop' became a regular thing, giving life to the first couple of My Vegas Bride tracks. Slowly it moved onto recording at their collective Home Studio. Where as well as being able to record the songs, the sound and idea of the music became more shaped. Consisting of guitar, bass, keys, drums, and vocals, all the song writing and production is down to the two boys who share and conflict a love of all different musical genres stretching from grunge to electronica. The outcome? an array of layered synths, punchy drums, bitey guitars and smooth bass grooves with strong vocal hooks in front. 2012 see's My Vegas Bride into the live circuit playing Brisbane venues . Their latest release "Fell Away' following from their first
