Nat has been writing, performing, and recording songs since the late seventies. His song 24 Carat Blues was R&B runner up at the 2006 Qmusic song awards. His main interest is in melding metaphors and narratives in familiar popular music modes (like blues and alternative country). And making songs that are interesting, can be savoured over time, and are more attractive for their ideas, moods, and meanings than industrial appeal.
