New Alias are a 4 piece rock band based in the Sutherland Shire area of Sydney, NSW. Formed in 2011 from different connections to the old Billy Hydes at Taren point, 3 of the members (Jasmine, Andrew and Lindsell) started jamming and writing together. By the end of 2012 they had found themselves a bass player (Mitch), written a solid set and had their first gig alongside local legends Shinobi. From here they continued to gig at several iconic venues in Sydney including the Annandale Hotel and the Landsdowne Hotel, while also regularly headlining local venue Studio 6. With influences from old school rock mixed with todays style, New Alias grabs the crowds attention with raw vocal lines, hard hitting beats and extra tasty guitar riffs & solos. Currently New Alias are recording an EP which will be available in the coming months, STAY TUNED!
