After 2 years of songwriting and recording, New Mono have spent the last six months refining their live sound. Shimmering layered guitar riffs, driving bass lines and haunting vocals are backed up by inventively minimalist drumming. Their original sound stems from a critical appreciation of sonic engineering. The completion of Harvest Studio allowed the band to create and record music free from the constraints of other, commercial studios. Songwriting has focussed on clarity and cohesiveness, producing a collection of songs that takes the listener down a path less trodden.
