Coffs Harbour artist Nigel Beetson is an Indigenous singer songwriter who was brought up in the north westerm NSW town of Brewarrina and now lives on the NSW Mid North Coast. Once the music bug had bitten Nigel moved to Newcastle where he cut his musical teeth. Nigel has been performing at Indigenous music festivals throughout Australia for years. A regular performer at pubs and clubs throughout the NSW Mid North Coast, The Sunshine Coast, Canberra and Sydney. Nigel is now based in Sydney studying medicine at UNSW. Nigel is known for his well crafted songs and is a dynamic guitarist. Blue wave was written for people who are living with a mental illness. It is song of hope, things can get better!
