Vocals/keys/somgwriter Jamie Porteous has been performing with acting and music since he as very young and moved to the south coast of new south wales and surfed lots with a good pal named Dax Mageur. Dax is a wicked guitarist/riff machine reminiscent of Hendrix undr the sea and the Mars Volta in Pluto. They combined to showcase a duo together in lubs and cafes and formed the current band Night of Kites with lismore grads. brothers Mick (drums) and Chris (bass) Mcgrath. They are keen to secure their first record deal asap and hit the world with the music.
