Trav Nimbleman was born to play country music. Although not musos themselves,Travs parents are massive fans of the genre and always encouraged a young Trav to sing and carry on. So one Sunday in church when Trav asked to perform a song for the congregation everyone assumed he would be singing a hymn or something similar. He sang Willie Nelsons 'Shot Gun Willy', he was four and a half. Taking the roundabout way to his country destiny Trav spent his twenties playing around Melbourne in a loud heavy punk rock band called The Blue Swimmers. Recording two albums and achieving the mantle of best shit band in Melbourne. Those days are very much behind him now since his move to Byron Bay in March 2013. Armed with an acoustic guitar and a bag of songs Trav has set out on the road alone. Wish him the best of luck now folks!
