Nine of swords are a political and emotional force hailing from Melbourne Australia. Established in early 2009 from the ashes of other musical projects Nine of Swords has been described as generating an “un-paralleled heavy metal snowball effect”. From the Tarot, the Nine of Swords card’s appearance in a reading can mean many things, a nightmarish despair, a haunting picture of reality, an uneasy vision for the future and distrust in decision makers. All of which hold relevance in the views and beliefs of the band, but most relevant is its ability to represent the fruit of ones labors and the investment of energy in a creation brought to life by intent. The culmination of seasoned musicians and a relentless passion for delivering their music Nine of Swords have a growing momentum that promises an exciting future. The catalyst for a powerful synergy has begun in earnest.
