"Noise Cartel makes brutal, primal noise music that you can't help but feel in the deepest recesses of your brain. They craft harsh, crushed soundscapes with the odd ambient/hip-hop/industrial element thrown in for good measure. Inspired by JPEGMAFIA and influenced by Throbbing Gristle, Lingua Ignota, and Ramleh, Noise Cartel is absolutely an artist to watch out for."
