Whats up were Normandy Rise from Perth Western Australia. Four of us got together in early 2006 because we were sick of knowing how to play an instrument but sick of not enjoying playing that instrument in a band. Weve built together a band we love and are ready to show the intensity a live performance deserves. Mark Alex Adrian and Rowan started out making up songs and getting a set together whilst on the search for a bass player, in late 2006 they found a bass player which they then moved on to recording 3 songs with, at Bergerk Recording studio in Burswood, Perth WA to have some tracks to play on their MySpace page. After loosing their first bass player after the recording, along came Jamie long time friend of guitarist Rowan, came to the rescue and completed the strong 5 members of NormandyRise. Rescently they came runners up in this years 2007 RockstarTasteOfChoas Perth entry which was very suprising and amazing for them and are on the way to releasing there demo for 2007.
