Yeah, it's your typical white rapper origin story. I got given 8 Mile by Eminem when I was in Primary School, and the story goes from there. Been rapping and writing and getting called 'The Real Slim Shady' by jokesters ever since. I don't have any Aussie hip-hop influences, because I never grew up listening to it. So yeah, I don't rap with a thick Aussie accent at all. I can still get down with a lot of current Aussie hip hop, but there are SOME Aussie rappers out there where I seriously can't tell if they're rapping, or if I'm having flashbacks to being knife-robbed by a guy wearing Oakley sunnies in a shopping centre car park. The shit is embarrassing. Although I've been rapping for years and years, I only started taking it seriously recently. I recently released my first demo, meant to showcase my rapping ability over four different types of beats. The demo is entitled 'Pieces Of Mind', check out the tracks here, or on my Soundcloud! www.instagram.com/MCnusense
