Occasional Spectators is a recording project established by Rhys Holbrook. Having solely made instrumental music under various guises since 2012, Occasional Spectators represents a shift into a band-orientated direction; one where emotive vocals and vivid lyrics are featured alongside a plethora of guitars and electronic elements inspired by Depeche Mode and Nine Inch Nails.
