Edit history

Formed early 2014. The band's current line-up consists of Drew Giles as front man and vocals, Angus Hoefel and Gene Yap on guitars, Christian Pedersen on the bass and vocals, and Sandy Jankovic on the drums. Oceans Wake made their presence in the live music scene known after supporting local favourite Emecia's tour during their Adelaide show; later releasing a pre-production version of their original song "Your Demise". After receiving good reviews of their released song, the band decided to take a break from performing shows and went to the studio to record their debut EP, "Ambivalent". Oceans Wake would like to thank all the bands and people that have given them the opportunities to perform. Without their love and support, the band would never have achieved so much and got to where they are today.
