Old Cities is the moniker of Sydney based songwriter and producer, Jordi White. In 2018 he released his debut EP “Old Cities I” which included tracks “I’ll See Her Again” (Vanda & Young 2016 Finalist) and “lyrically gripping ballad ‘Again’” (Pilerats). Old Cities sound is vast. It evokes fond comparisons to the likes of early Coldplay, Bleachers and even Radiohead, whilst channelling lyrics that are heartfelt, fragile and crafted from an intimate place of loss and hope. 2019 has been a “crazy whirlwind” for White thus far who has been collaborating with both local and international artists. However before the year is out we may just see a follow up EP.
