In the early months of 2006 a young dreamer named Jonathan Miller purchased a shiny new telecaster with the intention rocking out as much possible. With his new guitar tuned and ready to go Miller twanged away happily for weeks. He twanged and fiddled until his fingers were calloused and his fret-board was dirty, but deep down he knew that something was missing; that his tele was lonely and not living up to its full potential. Fortunately it wasn’t long before two brothers (Harley and Sam) introduced themselves to the lonely tele and synchronized some riffs and drum fills to make it happy. Since then, On Like Kong have worked their arses off to keep their intruments contented and make some fun songs for people to rock out to. Their sound is influenced by everything from folk to noise pop and has the benefit of being created by a bunch of good mates bouncing ideas off each other in a small room, trying their darndest to keep things interesting. Now with the added konged-up bass
