On The Second Day are a Mexican-Australian schizo-rock duo formed in 2011. Consisting of Ekat-L (Childs, donMoy,) on vocals and keys, with Rodrigo “Balu” Moreno (Noisy Monkey) on guitar, bass and vocals, their sound is a synthesized mix of melodic rock, electroclash and multi-layered arrangements. Ekat-L and Balu are two experienced musicians that have experimented with a wide gamma of frequencies, styles and instruments along their career. It is this background and their similar influences that fused the creative minds of On The Second Day. With Ekat-L based in Australia during compositions, a prolonged exchange of ideas and sounds via internet gave their music the dual voice of their sound. Guest musicians join them during live performances, to make up a full band on stage. Their first single Voice of The Dreamer debuted in March 2012, a song included in their E.P Solar Blood, to be released in June 2012. Featuring vocals from Laura B. (Carrie) and saxophone from Adrian Terrazas-
