One 80 Down was formed out of boredom, frustration and an overwhelming desire to play some kick arse music somewhere in the sprawling neon apocalypse that is the Gold Coast late in 2007. After several months of rehearsing, writing and line up changes, many long hours have been spent in the rehersal room, the studios at "Angry Neighbours" and one or two of the Gold Coast's finer drinking establishments in order to write, record and deliver to you, the listener, the fruits of One 80 Down's labour.
