Ditching a career halfway down the halls of power, paqman made the move from Canberra to the greener, more hip pastures of Melbourne last year. Since trying to make their way up from the bottom yet again, the big beat duo have refined their experimental electronic sound to something a little more indie, a tad bit hip hop, dark like the backroom, and a whole lot more dancefloor friendly. Paqman incorporate deep melodics and huge beats around a grinding analogue sound, pioneering a new trend in electronic music that's ready and able to shake the genre to its roots.
