Jayden McGrath, 27 year old songwriter/ producer originally from Alice Springs NT, now in Melbourne VIC.

I was twelve years old & heading down to the local guitar shop in Maryland, VA, USA to find a guitar for my father. He told me he needed help choosing one for himself but later revealed the guitar I had picked was intended for me. I was amazed! For months I would sit on the couch & just look at this thing in my lap. I told myself that one day I would do great things just like all the great players I had been introduced to & raised on. At thirteen I returned to my birth town of Alice springs, NT Australia, and found a four-track tape recorder in a local thrift store, that was when my journey as a recording artist & producer began in earnest. By fourteen, I had formed my first band and began recording our first album. We would fill up the van, drive up & down the country playing at different venues & events. It was an absolute dream & all I had ever wanted! At eighteen years old, I decided to move to Melbourne, Australia to embrace the countries’ most vital live music scene.
