After years of meticulous refinement, the outfit’s uncompromising approach to imaginative songwriting is finally being showcased to the world. With another sold out headline show in late-February, word is quickly spreading about Our Zebra Troy’s uniquely tight, captivating live performances. Their first single, 'Something Cerebral', is an exploration of hubris, unflinching consequence, and redemption, all lovingly gift wrapped into a playful scenario of aliens invading Earth. 'Blue Dot Club', their latest release, observes the interplay between two major forces: humans and nature. Part reflection, part commentary, Our Zebra Troy explores the interface of where human discovery and achievement meets impulsivity and shortsightedness. Our Zebra Troy is set to release their debut 10-track LP this year, after working in collaboration with an international team of audio engineers; Pablo San Martin [Nile Rogers, Jorje Drexler] (FRA/CHL); Alex Psaroudakis [multi-grammy award winner] (FRA/USA), and; David Streefkerk [U2, Sting] (AUS).
